Kataly’s Capacity Building Program Impact Measurement and Evaluation framework and activities would not be possible without the support of Morgan Buras-Finlay, our Evaluation Consultant. Morgan has been with us from the start of this work, initially alongside Jasmine Nelson, through our partnership with Raise for Good, and now through her practice, Raya Cooper Impact Consulting. Morgan spearheaded efforts to hear directly from our partners in late 2024, which was the first formal listening process in which Kataly had engaged. From her efforts, we were able to develop a sharper understanding of the current needs and conditions of our grantees, set clear direction and mandates for ourselves, and stay transparent and accountable throughout the process.
